  • Where is the trash?

    At River Bank, there is a trash enclosure outside by the entrance gate.

  • Where can I park?

    The River Bank Lodge parking lot is available for use, noting that only one vehicle per condo is permitted to be parked on the property.

  • I'm locked out. Who do I call?

    Please contact the owner of the unit or the company through which you rented it.

  • Who should I call in an emergency?

    In an emergency, please call 911.

    For building-related emergencies, please call (970) 409-0178.

  • My unit is not clean. Who should I call?

    River Bank units are individually owned and rented, so you will need to contact the person or company you rented from.

  • Parking Pass?

    Guests will receive a parking pass from their Rental Management Company. The pass must be displayed at all times while parked, either hanging from the rearview mirror (facing forward) or on the front dashboard on the driver’s side. It should clearly show the reservation or unit number and the arrival and departure dates.


    For any issues with the pass, guests should contact their Rental Management Company.
