Welcome to River Bank Lodge. River Bank Condominium Association wants to take this opportunity to welcome you and provide you with Building and Resort information so your stay at River Bank is an enjoyable, memorable experience and you will quickly feel right at home. River Bank is a privately owned building and is not a condo/ hotel affiliated with Keystone Resort.



Summary of Rules & Rgulations for Homeowners & Guests

Information Concerning Your Stay


Resident Building Manager:  Pedro Hernandez


WiFi:
  The Association provides complimentary WiFi and is available throughout the Building. Each Unit has its own password-protected WiFi.


Lobby/ 1st Floor: Lobby, gym, and vending machines.


Lower Floor: Conference Room with attached kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms.


Back Deck/ Bottom Floor:  Sunbathing chairs. Pond and fish feeding (when the pond isn’t frozen), as the deck backs directly onto the pond. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult aged 21 or older—no exceptions. 


Skis/Snowboard Storage:  River Bank Lodge does not have any ski lockers. Owners and renters are solely responsible for the security of their belongings.


Bicycle and Scooter Storage: 
During the summer season, the Association provides bike racks outside the building. Bike owners are responsible for providing their own bike or scooter lock.

Quiet Hours:  River Bank Lodge observes quiet hours daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to refrain from loud noises, speaking loudly, running in hallways, and to keep music and television volumes at a respectful level. This policy applies to all units and common areas. For any quiet hour violations, please contact the Building Manager.


Exterior: 
  River Bank Lodge has a back deck with fish food dispenser and sun chairs. 


Issues in Unit:
  Please contact the rental company or the owner from whom you rented the unit for issues with housekeeping, additional towels, or problems with the TV, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, stove, microwave, or dishwasher.


Emergency Issues in Unit:
 Call the Building Manager for lack of heat, water leaks, or electrical issues.


Common Area Issues:
  Call the Building Manager for any issues in the lobby, gym, or laundry facility.


Trash:
  Trash and recycling bins are located outside, to the right of the front door. Do not leave trash on the floor inside the bin enclosure or outside your unit.


River Run Village:
  Approximately a 5-minute walk to the River Run Gondola, restaurants, and shopping.

Parking at River Bank Lodge: 
  There is limited free parking on River Bank property.  Each condo unit is allowed only one vehicle in the parking lot. The parking pass must be clearly displayed at all times on the rearview mirror (facing forward) or on the front driver-side dashboard. It must clearly show the guest’s name, reservation or unit number, stay dates, and the rental management company’s name and phone number to avoid penalties.

Public Bus Stops - River Run Village Bus Stop is located 500 yards to the right of River Banks driveway entrance:

  • You can walk to across the street to the Green loop Bus Stop and catch a Resort Shuttle Bus to Mountain House East Village and Peru Lift
